Horse Farm, Private Owner — Super fancy 3-piece telescoping horse-gate lengthens from 10' to 27'.  These babies have custom retriever handles, Delrin linear bearings, 2K polyurethane paint, and look like they should be on a Formula 1 car.

 

 

Hinkley Bermuda 40, 59' Replacement Mast — Primarily a cruising boat, this owner knows how to get from point A to B with a well equipped classic Hinckley.  Keep an eye out for this beauty on the Eastern Coast from Nova Scotia to Florida.

• 2"x4" rectangular structural arm, 21' length, painted Awlgrip Gloss Black

Aerospace/Defense Contractor

• Over 1500' of structural tubing built to specification, not able to tell what or where it's used, but there sure is a lot of it, and its all carbon.

 

Current Projects: Marine

Sailing One Design

• M17 Masts. M17 masts for Melges Performance Sailboat are an ongoing production part at Forte, with the total count well over 100 spars to date.

• GP26 Mast. A new class or rule that is just getting off the ground.  Sexy hulls now complemented with a value priced carbon spar makes for an unbeatable combination.

• GP33 Mast. Hallett's latest creation is the first of these built in the USA and we have provided a spar built to the rule. The shake downs are over and it's off to the races for the Hallett family.

• PS2000 Bite Spars. 20 for Europe and 30 for North America, and that's just this spring.

• E-Scow Bow Poles The class has more than 60 bow poles on order; most are going to Melges and the remaining to Windward Boat Works.

• J-Boat Asymmetric Poles. Forte is now the US supplier for OEM and replacement asymmetric poles through JBoats as well as direct sales.

• J-Boat Spinnaker Poles. Forte is also the new spinnaker pole supplier for the J24, J30, and J35 classes.

 

Custom Masts

• CC38, 55' Replacement Mast. A local Connecticut boat, this racer/cruiser will be hitting the startling line with a brand new Forte carbon rig.  Look out Wednesday night crew!

• Class 40 New Custom Owen Clark Design Boat, 58' Deck Stepped Mast. This baby is getting the full monty, including a nice triple spreader rig, anti-torsion head stays, rod rigging, electrical, etc etc, etc’Ķ

 

Fishing Gear

• Riggers for Lees Tackle. All carbon, free standing (no jumpers), and clear coated to boast that great carbon look.

• Push Poles. The flats fishing industry has been eating up these super light, super tough poles.  The lightest in the industry, and by far the strongest, with a nice molded-in grip feel.
